Embodiment Construction

[0040] Hereinafter, the method and device for DL / UL resource configuration in a TDD system will be described in detail through embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that these embodiments are only provided to enable those skilled in the art to better understand and implement the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure in any way.

[0041] In the drawings, various embodiments of the present disclosure are illustrated in the form of block diagrams, flowcharts, and other figures. Each block in the flowchart or block diagram may represent a module, program, or code portion, which contains one or more executable instructions for performing specified logical functions. In addition, although these blocks are shown in a specific sequence diagram for executing method steps, in fact, they may not necessarily be executed strictly according to the sequence shown. For example, it may be executed in the r...

Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and apparatus for DL / UL resource configuration in a Time Division Duplex (TDD) system. The method may comprise: dividing a plurality of cells into disjoint clusters based on interference conditions among base stations of the plurality of cells; and performing, in each of at least one of the disjoint clusters, a cooperation DL / UL resource configuration on in-cluster cells included therein based on traffic conditions and performance metrics of the in-cluster cells, so as to determine respective DL / UL resource configurations for the in-cluster cells. With embodiments of the present disclosure, time domain resources may be utilized more efficiently and, additionally, it may be expected to achieve a better overall performance at a low cost.

Description

Technical field [0001] The embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication technology, and more particularly to a method and apparatus for downlink (DL) / uplink (UL) resource configuration in a time division duplex (TDD) system. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of wireless communication data services, the requirements for data rate and coverage quality are also increasing. In the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) Advanced Long Term Evolution (LTE-A), Heterogeneous Network (HetNet) technology is proposed to improve network performance. In HetNet, for example, Macrocell, RRH, and small base station nodes operating at low power, such as pico cells, femto cells, repeaters, etc., are deployed. The use of small base station nodes greatly shortens the distance between the end user and the base station, and can enhance the quality of the received signal. In addition, it can also improve the transmission rate, spectrum effic...
