The plant-immunity resistance inducer comprises the following effective components in percentage by weight: 0.001-0.02 percent of amino oligosaccharin and 0.01-0.2 percent of phosphite. According to the application, the amino oligosaccharin and the phosphite are combined, the mixing ratio of all the components of the obtained plant-immunity resistance inducer is reasonable, the prevention effect on the downy mildew and the anthracnose is good by applying the plant-immunity resistance inducer to grape, and the yield and the quality of the grape can be improved.
