Abstract

The invention relates to a negative pressure automatic control system and method, and especially relates to a pot furnace flame path negative pressure automatic control system and method, wherein the pot furnace is used for producing anodes, cathodes, electrodes and carbon graphitized materials which are used for aluminium in the carbon industry. The pot furnace flame path negative pressure automatic control system is formed in a way that a first layer flame path entrance is provided with a pressure detection transmitter, the pressure detection transmitter is connected with the input terminal of a controller, the output terminal of the controller is connected with an actuator, and the actuator is connected with a flame path negative pressure pulling plate. The pot furnace flame path negative pressure automatic control system is advantaged in that the opening degree of the flame path negative pressure pulling plate can be automatically adjusted according to the position of each first layer flame path entrance, furthermore the pressure of the flame path entrance is controlled accurately, and therefore the pressure distribution of the whole flame path is controlled. It is guaranteed that the length of the flame in the flame path is moderate, and the production stability and the thermal efficiency of the pot furnace can be improved.
