Abstract

The vibration pressure head comprises a central pressure rod and a pressure head body as a rotating body. A gap exists between the end, facing a workpiece, of the central pressure rod and the pressure head body. An annular oil distribution groove surrounding the central pressure rod is formed in the end, away from the workpiece, of the pressure head body. An oil injection opening communicated with the annular oil distribution groove is formed in the side wall of the pressure head body. A guide sleeve arranged on the central pressure rod in a sleeving mode is arranged in the other end, facing the workpiece, of the pressure head body. A plurality of through holes are formed in the circumferential end face of the guide sleeve and serve as oil supply grooves respectively. The annular oil distribution groove is communucated with the oil supply grooves through the gap. The workpiece formed through axial vibration can be synchronously lubricated in the forming process, the lubricating requirement of axially and synchronously supplying oil to the target workpiece at a constant speed can be met, and the vibration pressure head is particularly suitable for working conditions with extremely high requirements for lubrication of the workpiece.
