The invention discloses an audio processing method of an application program. The audio processing method includes the following steps that: the application program specifies the address of audios for an audio processing device; the audio processing device calls audio playing services so as to play the audios according to the address; the audio processing device obtains the current playing state of the audios from the audio playing services; and the audio processing device refreshes an audio playing related interface in the main interface of the application program according to the playing state and an interface configuration file of the application program. With the audio processing method and device of the application program provided by the technical schemes of the invention adopted, audio playing business logic and interface refresh logic edition does not need to be performed on each kind of application program requiring audio processing in an operating system, and therefore, the size and maintenance cost of each application program can be decreased.
