The system comprises an indoor environmental temperature sensor, a controller, the inverter compressor and the direct-current fan of the indoor unit, wherein the indoor environmental temperature sensor is used for collecting the indoor environmental temperature; the controller is used for working out the difference value between the indoor environmental temperature and the set indoor temperature, and adjusting the operating frequency of the inverter compressor or the rotation speed of the direct-current fan of the indoor unit according to the difference value between the indoor environmental temperature and the set indoor temperature.
