Abstract

The invention discloses a domesticating and culturing method for thiobacillusthioparus applied to high-temperature aerobic composting. The culturing method includes the thiobacillusthioparus enrichment culture step, the temperature domesticating step and the environment domesticating step and achieves high-density culture of the thiobacillusthioparus. The thiobacillusthioparus adapts to the temperature-rising process of composting, can tolerate high temperature and grow on a large scale in the complicated environment of compositing. According to the method, special enrichment mediums are used in the domesticating process, metabolism and nutrient utilization of the thiobacillusthioparus can be accelerated, high-temperature domesticating of the thiobacillusthioparus is facilitated, growth of the thiobacillusthioparus is facilitated, and enrichment is fast. The method solves the problems that the thiobacillusthioparus is not resistant to high temperature during aerobic composting and growing speed is low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of microbial strain cultivation, in particular to a method for acclimating and cultivating Thiobacillus thiaphragms applied to high-temperature aerobic composting. Background technique [0002] High-temperature aerobic composting technology is the main way to realize the harmless, reduction and resource utilization of solid organic waste. However, there is always the problem of nitrogen loss and odor release in composting. [0003] The loss of nitrogen is mainly due to the high temperature and high pH in the composting process, which converts ammonium nitrogen into ammonia volatilization. Ammonia gas is the main component of the odor emitted in composting projects, and ammonia gas is corrosive to composting equipment after being dissolved in water. In addition, odorous substances in composting projects mainly include hydrogen sulfide, sulfur-containing organic matter and other substances. These gaseous su...
