Abstract

The device comprises an oil and gas pipeline and a steam loop mounted on the outer wall of the oil and gas pipeline, wherein the inner diameter of the oil and gas pipeline is gradually increased from the inlet end to the outlet end, and a gas inlet pipe is mounted on the outer surface of the steam loop. The invention further discloses a method for preventing the catalytic cracking equipment from coking. According to the method, anti-coking steam is injected into the steam loop from the gas inlet pipe before raw materials are added to a reactor of the catalytic cracking equipment, and the injecting time of the anti-coking steam is as long as the introducing time of stirring steam of fractionating tower bottom of the catalytic cracking equipment. By means of the gradually opening oil and gas pipeline, the speed of the oil and gas outlet end can be reduced appropriately, meanwhile, the steam loop is mounted in the position with a certain distance to the oil and gas outlet end, superheated steam is ejected at a high speed through the loop, and a steam screen is formed to cover oil and gas flow and damage eddy flow at the outlet end of the pipeline, so that the coking at the outlet end of the pipeline is inhibited; the outlet end of the pipeline can be effectively prevented from coking by the aid of high-speed impact of the steam.
