Abstract

The cable synthetic processing device comprises an adjustment mechanism for adjuring the line laying tension of a plurality of wire coils, a cabling machine for synthesizing the wires of the wire coils into a cable, and a sheath production device for generating a sheath at the outer surface of the cable. The cabling machine comprises a deconcentrator and a synthesizer. The deconcentrator outputs the plurality of wires to the synthesizer, and these wires comprise a plurality of copper wires and a plurality of fiber wires. One of the fiber wires is bound by use of a rope and is drawn to the extension line of the central axis of the deconcentrator through the rope so as to enable the fiber wire after drawing to be coaxial with the deconcentrator. The adjustment mechanism comprises a frame, a plurality of cylinder rods and a plurality of elastic strips. Each elastic strip enables a spool stand of the wire coils, which interpenetrates each cylinder rod, to be closely attached to the corresponding elastic strips. The sheath production device comprises a circle-shaped rubber container.
