The method comprises steps of: acquiring telephone traffic statistic data of a cell to be optimized; computing the required amount of voice service channels and the required amount of data service channels of the cell to be optimized according to the telephone traffic statistic data; and performing equalization optimization on the voice service channels and the data service channels of the cell to be optimized according to the required amount of voice service channels and the required amount of data service channels and in combination with a network configuration parameter of the cell to be optimized. The method and the system are based on the real-time telephone traffic statistic data, achieve automatic equalization optimization of the data service and the voice service in the cell, and effectively improve the data and voice access and sensing performance of the cell. Compared with a manual optimization method, the method greatly improves the optimization efficiency and optimization effect of the wireless channel resources of the cell, and better satisfies the application demands of a user.
