The automatic starting-stopping temperature control system induces the temperature inside a vehicle to control the diesel generating set to be started or stopped. The remote starting-stopping control device is controlled through a remote control switch. The remote starting-stopping control device receives a starting or stopping signal and transmits the signal to a first time relay, the first time relay transmits the signal to a flameout executor to carry out flameout shutdown or transmits the signal to a starting executor and a direct-current contactor to start a motor, and therefore the diesel generating set is started.
