Example Embodiment

[0031] The embodiment of the present invention provides a temperature measurement error correction method of an infrared sensor. figure 1 It is a schematic diagram of an infrared sensor temperature measurement error correction method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The infrared sensor temperature measurement error correction method includes:

[0032] Step S102, confirm that the infrared sensor is running in a working state;

[0033] Step S104: Obtain the measured value in the working state obtained by the infrared sensor sensing the temperature of the preset area;

[0034] Step S106, obtaining a correction constant corresponding to the infrared sensor;

[0035] Step S108, using the correction constant to correct the measured value to obtain a temperature correction value.

[0036] The infrared sensor used in the method of this embodiment does not emit infrared rays, but passively receives infrared rays and background infrared rays emitted by objects within the sensi...

Abstract

The invention provides a refrigerator and a temperature measurement error correction method for an infrared sensor. The method comprises the steps: determining the infrared sensor to be in a working state; obtaining a value, measured by the infrared sensor, of the temperature of a preset region in the working state; obtaining a corresponding correction constant corresponding to the infrared sensor, wherein the correction constant is obtained through the comparison of a value measured by the infrared sensor in a correction state with a standard temperature value; and employing the correction constant to correct the measurement value, so as to obtain a temperature correction value. Through the scheme of the invention, the method can reduce the impact on temperature measurement from the absolute error of the infrared sensor, improves the accuracy of temperature measurement, enables the measurement values to directly reflect the actual temperature of articles in the preset region, and provides accurate control basis for the subsequent related control.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to refrigeration equipment, in particular to a temperature measurement error correction method of a refrigerator and an infrared sensor. Background technique [0002] Existing refrigerators usually use a temperature sensor arranged inside a compartment to sense the temperature around the location where it is arranged, and use the temperature as a basis for refrigeration control. [0003] However, when using this control method to control the refrigerator, when the temperature measured by the temperature sensor is higher than the preset value, the refrigerator starts cooling. In the actual use of the refrigerator, the user will often access the stored items. The temperature of the items just put in is generally high. It takes a certain time for the temperature of the items to be transmitted to the compartment through thermal radiation. After reaching the internal environment of the compartment, the temperature sensed by the temper...
