The nano composite tortuous porous membrane material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high temperature resistance, heat shrinkage resistance, high voltage impact resistance, high current impact resistance and mechanical impact resistance, and is suitable for manufacturing various high-capacity and high-power lithium batteries or super capacitors as a safe battery diaphragm and a safe super capacitor diaphragm.
