The system comprises a current and voltage input module, a satellite receiver, a calculation module, a communication module and a memory module. According to the invention, dynamic phasors are measured by use of a three-quarter fundamental wave period dynamic phasor measurement algorithm so that the conflict between computational complexity and real-time performance in dynamic phasor measurement is solved, the dynamic phasors are rapidly and accurately measured, the measurement performance of the PMU can be improved, and assistance is provided for large-power-network analysis and control.
