Embodiment Construction

[0011] In the accompanying drawings, a wedge-shaped ice-breaking hammer 4 is installed on a rotating shaft 3 , and the rotating shaft 3 is connected to the hull 1 through a bracket 2 . During work, the natural frequency of the ice layer is obtained by measuring the thickness of the ice layer through the prior art, and the rotating speed of the motor with the eccentric wheel installed in the wedge-shaped ice-breaking hammer 4 is adjusted so that the vibration frequency of the wedge-shaped ice-breaking hammer 4 is the same as that of the ice layer. Similarly, the wedge-shaped ice-breaking hammer 4 makes a circular motion driven by the rotating shaft 3, so as to squeeze the ice layer to achieve the purpose of breaking the ice. A transmission device is installed in the bracket 2 to drive the movement of the rotating shaft 3 . When the thickness of the ice layer changes, only the draft of the hull 1 needs to be adjusted, so that the thickness of the ice breaking can be adjusted.

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel icebreaker using the resonance principle, and mainly belongs to the field of ships. The novel icebreaker comprises a motor which provides a vibration effect and is provided with an eccentric gear, a wedge-shaped icebreaking hammer, a support, a transmission gear, a rotating shaft and a ship body. According to the novel icebreaker, the thickness of an ice layer is determined through the prior art so that the inherent frequency of the ice layer can be obtained. The rotating speed of the motor with the eccentric gear in the wedge-shaped icebreaking hammer is adjusted, so that the frequency of the wedge-shaped icebreaking hammer is the same as the inherent frequency of the ice layer. In addition, the wedge-shaped icebreaking hammer is driven by the rotating shaft to make circular motion, hence, the purpose of breaking ice by crushing the ice layer can be achieved, and broken ice blocks are discharged to the back of a ship. By the adoption of the novel icebreaker, the thickness of the ice layer can be adapted by adjusting the draft of the ship, and therefore the ice layers of different thicknesses can be treated.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of ships, in particular to a novel icebreaker utilizing the resonance principle. Background technique [0002] At present, the principle of ice breaking by icebreakers is mainly to break ice by impact. Take a new type of icebreaker with application number CN201310433048.7 as an example. Conventional icebreakers use impact to break ice, which is inefficient. At present, no icebreaker using the principle of resonance has been seen. Contents of the invention [0003] The present invention develops a novel ice-breaking device utilizing the resonance principle for ice-breaking ships.
