Abstract

The problem that the position, the size and the like of a high-permeability belt formed in the polymer flooding process cannot be judged through existing laboratory experiments is solved. The method particularly includes the steps that a pressure measuring and injection-production integrated instrument is invented and arranged on a two-dimensional planar well network heterogeneous core model; a one-dimensional core is used for finding out the relation between the pore volume of the high-permeability belt and the pressure gradient, pressure values of all pressure measuring points are measured through the pressure measuring and injection-production integrated instrument, and pressure gradients between all the points are calculated; the relation between the pressure gradient and the pore volume of the high-permeability belt is found out, and the pore volume of the high-permeability belt is determined according to the relation, and then a profile control agent with the same pore volume as the high-permeability belt is injected through the pressure measuring and injection-production integrated instrument to complete profile control. By means of the laboratory experiment device, the position of the high-permeability belt can be accurately positioned, profile control can be carried out on the high-permeability belt, the laboratory profile control process is closer to on-site actual conditions, and the device and technological support are provided for laboratory study on profile control technologies.
