Embodiment approach 1

[0020] figure 1 It is a diagram showing a configuration example of the inter-vehicle communication system of the present embodiment. The inter-vehicle communication system is composed of a vehicle 10 and a vehicle 20 . Here, the vehicle 10 pressurizes a DC voltage to the electrical contact portion of the electrical connector between the vehicle 10 and the vehicle 20 .

[0021] The structure of each vehicle will now be described. The vehicle 10 includes a communication control circuit 11 , a transmission circuit 12 , a reception circuit 13 , a pulse transformer 14 , a shielded twisted pair cable 15 , an electrical connector 16 , a power supply unit 17 and a capacitor 18 as inter-vehicle transmission means.

[0022] The communication control circuit 11 is a communication control unit for controlling communication with the vehicle 20 side. The transmission circuit 12 is a transmission section that transmits a signal to the vehicle 20 side. The receiving circuit 13 is a receiv...

Embodiment approach 2

[0030] In the prior art and Embodiment Mode 1, the power supply device 17 continuously pressurizes a DC voltage to the electric contact portion. Since the power supply unit 17 continues to pressurize the DC voltage even after the oxide film is destroyed, electric power is uselessly wasted. In this embodiment, the oxide film can be destroyed without wasting electric power uselessly. Parts different from Embodiment 1 will now be described.

[0031] figure 2 It is a diagram showing a configuration example of the inter-vehicle communication system of the present embodiment. The inter-vehicle communication system is composed of a vehicle 10 a and a vehicle 20 . The vehicle 10 a performs control of applying a DC voltage to the electrical contact portion of the electrical connector between the vehicle 10 a and the vehicle 20 . In addition, in this example, the case where only one vehicle (vehicle 10a) executes the DC voltage pressurization control is described, but as an example...

Abstract

There is provided an inter-vehicle transmission device of a vehicle including an electrical connector for establishing a communication path with another vehicle by using an electrical contact portion with the other vehicle. The inter-vehicle transmission device includes: a communication control unit that controls communication with the other vehicle; a pulse transformer that is provided between the communication control unit and the electrical connector; and a power supply device that The power supply unit is provided between a midpoint of the pulse transformer and the electrical connector to pressurize a DC voltage to the electrical contact between the electrical connector and the electrical connector of the other vehicle part.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an inter-vehicle transmission device for transmitting signals with other vehicles. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, between vehicles connected by electrical connectors, communication has been performed via electrical contact portions of the electrical connectors of the respective vehicles. Here, when not connected to other vehicles, an oxide film may be formed on the surface of the electrical connector of each vehicle. If it is connected to other vehicles in the state where the oxide film has been formed, there is a possibility that the communication between the vehicles may be poor due to the influence of the oxide film. [0003] As a method for solving the above-mentioned problems, for example, Patent Document 1 below discloses a technique of applying a DC component to a contact portion of a connector to destroy an oxide film. In a circuit in which the transmission amplifier is isolated by a transformer...
