Abstract

The invention discloses a design method for improving machine tool machining precision. The design method comprises three steps of: (1) establishing a machine tool dynamic error transmission model according to a machine tool movement transmission chain; (2) identifying error sensitive parts of a machine tool in such a manner that according to the established machine tool dynamic error transmission model, dynamic error sensitive coefficients of all parts corresponding to all machining positions of a workpiece are calculated, the deformation amounts of all the parts of the machine tool in each direction are simultaneously analyzed, and finally the error sensitive parts are identified according to the dynamic error sensitive coefficients and the deformation amounts of all the parts; and (3) simultaneously carrying out adjustment on the layout and rigidity of the error sensitive parts, reducing the sensitive coefficients of the parts, simultaneously reducing the deformation amounts of the part, and improving the machining precision of the machine tool.
