Embodiment 1

[0022] see Figure 2a and Figure 2b , which is Embodiment 1 of the safety device at the bottom of the elevator car of the present application, which includes:

[0023] - The toe guard 11 is a whole piece of metal plate, which is rotatably fixed on the bottom of the elevator car 10 near the car door (ie the bottom of the sill) by the first hinge 91 . The toe guard 11 can rotate away from the direction of the elevator landing 40 . When the toe guard 11 is deployed, the whole body is vertical, its main body is vertically downward, and only the end is inclined away from the direction of the elevator landing 40 . When the toe guard 11 is folded, the whole is nearly horizontal, depending on the connection line between the first hinge 91 and the fixed position of the toe guard hook 8 .

[0024] ——The buffer bumper 12 is a rigid component, and is rotatably fixed on the bottom of the elevator car 10 through the second hinge 92 , usually fixed on the bottom center of the elevator ca...

Embodiment 2

[0035] see Figure 3a and Figure 3b , which is the second embodiment of the safety device at the bottom of the elevator car of the present application, which includes:

Abstract

The invention discloses a bottom safe device for an elevator car. The bottom safe device comprises a toe guard, a buffer striking block, a linking mechanism and a toe guard hook, wherein the toe guard is rotationally fixed at the bottom of the elevator car through a first hinge, and has an unfolding state and a folding state; the buffer striking block is rotationally fixed at the bottom of the elevator car through a second hinge and has an unfolding state and a folding state; the linking mechanism is a rigid part; one end of the linking mechanism is connected with the toe guard through a third hinge, and other end of the linking mechanism is connected with the buffer striking block or the bottom of the elevator car through a fourth hinge; due to the linking mechanism, the toe guard and the buffer striking block can be simultaneously positioned in the unfolding state or the folding state; the toe guard hook is fixed at the bottom, close to a car door, of the elevator car; when the toe guard is positioned in the folding state, the toe guard hook hooks the toe guard for keeping the toe guard unchanged in the folding state. The invention provides the toe guard and the buffer striking block which can be synchronously unfolded and folded; the toe guard and the buffer striking block can be applied to the environment of shallow pits.

Description

technical field [0001] The application relates to a safety device at the bottom of an elevator car, in particular to a toe guard and a bumper bumper. Background technique [0002] see figure 1 , the elevator car 10 moves up and down in the elevator shaft 30 along the car guide rail 20, and stops at each elevator landing 40 as required. At the bottom of the elevator car 10 there is a vertically downwardly extending toe guard 11 close to the side of the car door, which is a thin metal plate with a slope towards the elevator shaft 30 direction at the end, and the total height is not less than 750mm. When the elevator car 10 stays at a non-floor location (such as above a certain floor) due to a fault and needs to rescue passengers from the elevator car 10, the elevator toe guard 11 is used to prevent passengers from falling into the elevator shaft 30. At the center of the bottom of the elevator car 10, there is also a buffer bumper 12, which is a downwardly extending rigid com...
