Abstract

The invention relates to high-temperature-sintered environment-friendly type water-soluble automotive glass varnish and a preparation method. The varnish is prepared from the following compositions in percent by weight: 10-30% of water-soluble resin, 70-98% of an environment-friendly type solvent, 0.1-10% of a tackifier, and 0.5-5% of an auxiliary agent. The preparation method for the varnish comprises the following steps: 1) weighing the materials according to the above compositions and the above weight percentages; 2) starting a reaction kettle, pouring the water-soluble environment-friendly solvent and the tackifier, mixing uniformly in the reaction kettle with stirring, heating to 110 DEG C, and pouring into a dispersion barrel after the water-soluble resin and the tackifier are completely dissolved; and 3) cooling to 45 DEG C or below, adding the auxiliary agent, and stirring uniformly, so as to obtain the varnish. The varnish possesses good suspensibility aiming at silver powder and glass powder, good printing adaptability, nonflammability, no explosion, no mesh clogging, extremely low smell and good storage stability, and a prepared silver slurry can be stored at a low temperature for a long time.
