Abstract

An energy accumulator is adopted for recovering and reusing energy of leveling control cylinders in the descending process of a working beam. The system comprises energy accumulator energy recovery oil ways, energy accumulator oil supply oil ways and an energy accumulator oil supplementing oil way. The energy accumulator energy recovery oil ways and the energy accumulator oil supply oil ways are expanded according to the number of the leveling control cylinders required by the system. One energy accumulator energy recovery oil way is connected between an oil outlet of each leveling control cylinder and an oil inlet of the energy accumulator. One energy accumulator oil supply oil way is connected between an oil inlet of each leveling control cylinder and an oil outlet of the energy accumulator. The oil inlet of the energy accumulator is further connected with the energy accumulator oil supplementing oil way. By the adoption of the system, energy of hydraulic oil of the leveling control cylinders in a synchronous hydraulic system is recovered and reused, and the energy use efficiency of the hydraulic system can be effectively improved.
