Abstract

The invention discloses an RFID tag antenna based on a non-transparent PET film and a manufacturing technology thereof. The tag antenna comprises a main substrate, a bonding layer and an aluminum foil layer, and the aluminum foil layer is connected to the main substrate in a bonding mode through the bonding layer. The tag antenna is characterized in that the white non-transparent PET film is adopted as the main substrate. According to the RFID tag antenna based on the non-transparent PET film, the white non-transparent PET film is adopted as the main substrate, and due to the white non-transparent properties, when the white non-transparent PET film is manufactured into a tag, other materials do not need to be used to be secondarily composited to shield antenna pattern design for the purpose of ensuring that the antenna pattern design is not directly recognized; meanwhile, character and image photocopying can be directly performed on the surface of the film, and direct using is achieved; a compounding technological link in the tag antenna producing process is omitted, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an RFID tag antenna, in particular to an RFID tag antenna based on an opaque PET film and a manufacturing process thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, the conventional antenna design adopted by the existing RFID label industry is to use colorless transparent PET film as the main base material of the antenna. This process has the following main disadvantages: [0003] 1) When the antenna produced by the colorless transparent PET film is made into a label, in order to ensure that the antenna pattern design is not directly recognized, it is necessary to use coated paper or other materials for secondary compounding to cover it. [0004] 2) Antennas made of colorless and transparent PET films cannot be used directly, and the surface of colorless and transparent PET films cannot be photocopied with text and patterns, and must be photocopied with paper or other materials before use.
