Abstract

The invention provides a solid state wind sensor, comprising a windward cylinder, a wind-guiding component and a sensor set, wherein the wind-guiding component is installed at the lower part of the windward cylinder, and comprises a left side portion and a right side portion; the inner sides between the left side portion and the right side portion form an accommodating space, and each sensor in the sensor set is fixed in the accommodating space. The outside of the windward cylinder is provided with a plurality of windward minipores, and wind-guiding channels are formed in the windward cylinder and the wind-guiding component to correspond to the windward minipores; under wind pressure, the windward minipores are conducted to corresponding wind-guiding pipes of corresponding sensors in the sensor set through corresponding wind-guiding channels. The solid state wind sensor transmits pressure difference through a housing channel, so as to eliminate the flexible pipe between a wind sensing component and a pressure difference sensor, thereby substantially reducing the size of a pressure difference type solid state wind sensor, and improving solid state wind sensor ageing resistance.
