Problems solved by technology

[0005] (1) Manually connecting the virtual network and the physical device is a waste of manpower and time, and the probability of configuration errors is high
If a large-scale physical equipment test is carried out, it will inevitably increase the cost of manpower and material resources
[0006] (2) Unable to adapt to virtual network topology changes
The purpose of the dynamic change of the virtual network is to enrich the test environment of the physical equipment. If the virtual network needs to be reconfigured every time the physical equipment is changed, the configuration frequency will be increased, which is not conducive to the maintenance of the testers;
[0007] (3) Lack of monitoring of the operating status of physical equipment

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and system for enabling a physical device to be connected into a virtual network. The method includes the following steps that: 1) a management server acquires all switch equipment basic information and virtual server information in a system and constructs network topology of the system; and 2) the management server obtains a newly connected physical device, an access point of a virtual network and a switch corresponding to the access point from remote configuration information, and then, configures a virtual local area network (VLAN) of a switch which is connected into the physical device, so as to make the physical device and the access point of the virtual network located in the same virtual local area network, and thereafter, configures the connected physical device, and configures the IP address of the physical device to make the IP address of the physical device located in the same network section as the IP address of the access point of the virtual network if the physical device is a terminal device, and acquires the control right of the physical device if the physical device is a network device, and then, changes the configuration information of the network device so as to make the network device communicate with the virtual network.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of virtualization, and in particular relates to a method and a system for connecting physical equipment to a virtual network. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development and improvement of virtualization technology, a virtualized network composed of virtual machine nodes has been widely used in the fields of malware analysis, network protocol analysis, virus behavior analysis, and physical equipment testing. The advantage of using a virtual network for physical device testing is that it can use software to change the topology of the test network connected to the device, which not only enriches the test environment, but also saves the manpower and material resources used to build the topology. However, there are still many problems to be solved when testing physical devices on virtual networks, such as ensuring network connectivity, adapting to dynamic changes in virtual network topology, and real-tim...
