Abstract

A hydrocarbon tail gas recovering method is disclosed. The method includes (1) compressing and cooling a hydrocarbon tail gas, and feeding the hydrocarbon tail gas into the middle of an absorption tower, (2) feeding gasoline from the tower top of the absorption tower, and feeding an absorbent from the upper part of the absorption tower, wherein the gasoline absorbs the entrained absorbent and unabsorbed C2 and C3 components at the upper part of the tower, the absorbent absorbs a C2 fraction and heavier components in the hydrocarbon tail gas in the tower, a tower bottom stream of the absorption tower is conveyed to a subsequent desorber, a gasoline-rich product is drawn from a side of the tower, and a part of the absorption tower, which is lower than the side-drawing position, is provided with a liquid seal, and (3) obtaining recovered C2 concentrated gas from the tower top of the desorber, cooling a lean solvent obtained at the tower bottom of the desorber and returning the lean solvent to the top of the absorption tower. The method is less in devices, saved in investment and simple.
