Abstract

The invention provides a test system and a test method for testing the phase coherent properties of radio frequency signals. The system comprises a high-speed digital sampling system and a vector signal analyzing system, wherein the high-speed digital sampling system and the vector signal analyzing system are connected. The test system also comprises a broadband frequency-conversion system. The broadband frequency-conversion system comprises a broadband frequency source, a frequency mixing module and a low-pass filtering module, wherein the broadband frequency source, the frequency mixing module and the low-pass filtering module are sequentially connected. A low-pass filter is connected with the high-speed digital sampling system. A to-be-tested input signal successively passes through the frequency mixing module and the low-pass filtering module, and then enters the high-speed digital sampling system. The test system and the test method are simple in technical scheme, wider in the range of test bandwidths, good in stability, larger in the number of channels and good in expandability. Based on the test system and the test method, multiple paths of signals can be tested at the same time, and the repeatability is good.
