Two ends of the sludge scraping shaft are respectively mounted at the center of the operating bridge and the bottom of a sedimentation tank through bearings. The motor and the reducer are disposed on the operating bridge. The output end of the reducer is connected to the sludge scraping shaft through a coupler. The stream guiding barrel is fixed below the operating bridge. Water discharging ends of the water feeding pipes penetrate the side wall of the stream guiding barrel, are in the cavity of the stream guiding barrel, and are provided with bends. A water baffle disc is fixed in the cavity of the stream guiding barrel through fixing arms.
