Abstract

By utilizing the culture medium, fresh batrachospermaceae algae collected in the wild are artificially cultured in a laboratory, and an indoor living state of the batrachospermaceae is kept. With the adoption of the culture medium provided by the invention, the difficulties that previous batrachospermaceae researches are only limited to wild collection and growth and the batrachospermaceae cannot be artificially cultured, so that subsequent life history observation, molecular biological analysis can not be performed and the like are overcome.
