Abstract

The invention relates to an experiment device for pipeline flow meter fluid-solid coupling relation testing. An experiment table in the experiment device is shockproof and is firmly and fixedly placed on the ground. A draught fan is fixed to the portion near the experiment table. A pipeline comprises a pipeline connecting element, a conical pipeline body and straight pipeline bodies, a pipeline flow meter is arranged between the two straight pipeline bodies, one end of the conical pipeline body is in non-contact connection with one straight pipeline body, and the other end of the conical pipeline body is connected with the draught fan. A vibrating sensor is fixed to the metal surface of the pipeline flow meter, and the conical pipeline body, the straight pipeline bodies and the pipeline flow meter are fixedly connected to the experiment table through a clamping device. An input port of a converter of the vibrating sensor is connected with an output port of the vibrating sensor, and an output end of the converter is an open port and connected with a measurement and control system. The experiment device verifies that it is feasible to detect the flow and the flow speed of a pipeline through the pipeline flow meter. Real-time measurement of surface vibration of the flow meter and the flow speed is achieved through the simple experiment device.
