Problems solved by technology

The traditional walking speed control methods include manual type, machine-hydraulic type, etc. The structure of the transmission device is complicated, and it cannot be automatically adjusted according to the change of the feeding amount, resulting in low productivity, high labor intensity for the driver, and low control accuracy.
[0003] In recent years, experts at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the measurement of the feeding amount of the combined sugarcane harvester. The commonly used method is the torque measurement method, that is, the indirect measurement of the feeding amount by measuring the torque of the drive shaft of the harvester, but The torque measurement method may sometimes be a mechanical failure, which will lead to defects such as wrong judgment of the feeding amount

Embodiment Construction

[0026] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but it should be understood that the protection scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments.

[0027] Unless otherwise expressly stated otherwise, throughout the specification and claims, the term "comprising" or its transformations such as "including" or "including" will be understood to include the stated elements or components, and not Other elements or other components are not excluded.

[0028] First, before describing the specific embodiments of the present invention, the principle of obtaining the feed amount by the pressure of the sugarcane roller hydraulic motor is introduced. Through the working process of the sugarcane harvester, it can be known that the sugarcane passes through the upper and lower sugarcane rollers of the sugarcane harvester. The sugarcane rollers work together before they are conveyed to the subsequent...

Abstract

The invention discloses a feed quantity control device and method of a sugarcane harvester. The device comprises a pressure sensor, induction blocks, Hall sensors, an electric-hydraulic proportional flow valve and a PLC. The pressure sensor is installed on an inlet of a hydraulic motor of a sugarcane pressing roller and used for collecting loading pressure signals. The induction blocks are arranged on the edges of hubs of wheels. Each Hall sensor is arranged on one side of the corresponding induction block, and the Hall sensors are used for collecting the rotation speed of the wheels through the induction blocks. The electric-hydraulic proportional flow valve is used for controlling the traveling speed of the wheels of the sugarcane harvester. The input end of the PLC is connected with the pressure sensor and the Hall sensors, the output end of the PLC is connected with the electric-hydraulic proportional flow valve, and the PLC is used for obtaining the normal rotation speed of the wheels. When the loading pressure sensors exceed a preset value, the rotation speed of the wheels is controlled to be lower than the normal rotation speed. When the loading pressure sensors lower than the preset value, the rotation speed of the wheels is controlled to be the normal rotation speed. By detecting the feed quantity and the traveling speed in real time, feedback control of the feed quantity is achieved, the situation that the feed quantity is too large and accordingly a logistics channel is blocked is avoided, and work efficiency and sugarcane cutting quality are guaranteed.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a device and method for controlling the feeding amount of a sugarcane harvester. Background technique [0002] Because the width of the logistics channel of the sugarcane harvester is fixed, the logistics system can only handle a certain amount of sugarcane. When the amount of sugarcane passed in a unit time is greater than the processing capacity of the logistics system, the logistics channel will be blocked, resulting in interruption of operations and even mechanical parts damage. In the field operation, due to the uneven distribution of sugarcane, the feeding amount will change. It is necessary to adjust the walking speed in time to match the feeding amount with the processing capacity of the logistics system. Traditional walking speed control methods include manual, machine-hydraulic, etc. The speed change device has a complicated structure and cannot be automatically adjust...
