The premix is prepared from the following components by totally weight of 100g: 1.2-2.1g of cape jasmine roots, 0.6-3.1g of radix aconiti lateralis praeparata, 0.2-0.4g of bletilla striata, 0.2-0.3g of lily, 0.1-0.2g of radix isatidis, 0.2-0.4g of radix glehniae, 0.1-0.2g of hupeh fritillary bulb, 0.2-0.4g of rhizoma atractylodis, 0.2-0.4g of liriope spicata, 0.2-0.3g of radix aconiti kusnezoffii, 0.2-0.4g of radix bupleuri, 5-7g of protein powder, 0.2-0.3g of dried ginger, 0.6-3.1g of licorice root, 0.2-0.4g of roughhaired holly root, 0.2-0.3g of radices ligustici sinensis, 0.5-0.6g of kudzu vine roots, 0.2-0.4g of iris tectorum maxim, 0.1-0.2g of grape roots, 0.1-0.2g of radix aconiti coreani and the balance of water.
