Abstract

The invention relates to a method for enabling a thermoelectric unit to participate in system peak-load regulation scheduling by using heat supply time lag. The method comprises the following steps that: mathematical expression forms of heat supply time lag are provided; optimization scheduling of total heat load is carried out; the output range of a thermoelectric unit is regulated based on time lag; a wind-electricity-heat integrated scheduling model is built; and an optimization model solving strategy is adopted. The heat supply time lag is utilized, and therefore, difficulties in the peak-load regulation of a power grid caused by a situation that a thermoelectric unit does not participate in peak-load regulation or rarely participates in peak-load regulation in the past can be eliminated to a certain extent with work and life needs of people not affected. The method has the advantages of simple calculation, reasonable results, easiness in implementation, high application value and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of active power dispatching of electric power systems, and relates to a method for realizing that a thermal power unit participates in system peak regulation dispatching by utilizing the heating time delay. Background technique [0002] At present, thermal power units in northern my country operate according to the constraint of “fixing electricity by heat” during the winter heating period. The peak shaving range of thermal power units is small, coupled with the anti-peak shaving characteristics of wind power, the phenomenon of wind abandonment is serious, resulting in a lot of waste of clean energy. In the current power grid, the structure of traditional units has been basically fixed, and the combination mode of units is difficult to change. Therefore, in order to improve the peak regulation capacity of the system, it is particularly important to tap the output of thermal power units. In fact, the heat storage capac...
