Abstract

The invention discloses an alarm method, a device and equipment. The method comprises following steps: obtaining physiological parameters of users within the pre-set time range prior to pre-set reminding time; judging whether users are in first pre-set sleeping states based on physiological parameters; alarming users many times at intervals with first reminding intensity if users are in first pre-set sleeping states and preventing users entering deep sleep states by keeping users in first pre-set sleeping states; and alarming users with second reminding intensity when the current time of a terminal is equal to the reminding time and users are in first pre-set sleeping state and not deep sleep state. The alarm method, the device and equipment have following beneficial effects: when the current time of the terminal is equal to the pre-set alarming time, users in the first pre-set sleep states are awakened; and compared with the conventional method of directly awakening users in deep sleep states, the method is capable of reducing discomfort of users and avoiding bad effect upon health of users.
