The production technology comprises the following steps: 1) putting multiple optical fiber discs into a deuterium treatment tank, wherein the optical fiber in one optical fiber disc goes through the deuterium treatment tank; 2) detecting connection between an optical fiber and the optical fibers in the step 1); 3) vacuumizing; 4) nitrogen filling; 5) vacuumizing again; 6) introducing the deuterium-nitrogen mixed gas and keeping the temperature in the treatment tank at 28-32 DEG C and pressure at 0.02-0.03Mpa; and 7) 36-48 hours later, detecting the optical fiber by detection equipment at an interval of 30-60 minutes; if the detected optical fiber is qualified, pumping out the gas in the deuterium treatment tank and ending the deuterium treatment; and if the detected optical fiber is not qualified, continuing the deuterium treatment.
