Abstract

The invention discloses a falling weight type nut mechanical characteristic parameter testing experiment table. LabVIEW is adopted as a software platform for implementing a detection and control process, and the experiment table is used for detecting mechanical hull breaking characteristics of nut products. The experiment table comprises a high-speed camera, a falling weight experiment table, a data acquisition system and a PC. The falling weight experiment table serves as a carrier, an analogue signal acquired by a sensor is transmitted to the PC through the data acquisition system, a program of the PC (upper computer) is written by virtue of the software LabVIEW, filtering compensation conditioning is performed on the signal, and practical mechanical characteristic parameters such as hull breaking impact force, magnitudes of speed before and after impact and an acceleration, hull breaking energy, hull breaking power and an impact height are finally calculated by virtue of a LabVIEW software environment, and are directly fed back in form of oscillogram. The experiment table is simple in structure, high in automation degree and stable and reliable in performance, and an important theoretical basis is provided for research and development of hull breaking and nut extraction equipment for agricultural products such as nuts.
