Abstract

According to the device and method of the invention, a calibration module stores the pot cover images of different detector shell temperature into a FLASH; when a system works, a parameter calling module calls the pot cover images and a non-uniformity correction parameter K in the FLASH into an SDRAM; an SDRAM reading module reads out the non-uniformity correction parameter K, and at the same time, reads two frames of pot cover images contained in the SDRAM according to detector shell temperature T which is inputted in real time; a linear interpolation module carries out linear interpolation according to the detector shell temperature T and the pot cover images so as to obtain a real-time pot cover image corresponding to the temperature T, and inputs the real-time pot cover image to a non-uniformity correction module; and the non-uniformity correction module carries out non-uniformity correction on cached image data and then outputs corrected image data. With the device and method of the invention adopted, the operating temperature range of the system is broadened, influence on image quality caused by temperature change can be reduced, and the system can be high in stability, low in noise and low in power consumption.
