Abstract

The invention relates to a method for an automated construction data interchange in a work information modelling system with a server means and a mobile client device built for establishing a communication link to the server means. The server means stores a general construction database with structured datasets of object entities of physical construction components with a hierarchical structure. The method according to the invention comprises surveying on-site spatial location information of the executing entity and an automatic filtering and preparing of a specific on-site task information with respect to a required handling sequence of the physical construction components to establish the desired construction result. This automatic filtering is based on a role associated to the executing entity, the on-site spatial location information, time information, the structured datasets and the hierarchical structure. The specific on-site task information is provided to the executing entity with a dynamic updating of the construction database and the specific on-site task information.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention generally relates to a method for automatic construction data exchange according to claim 1 , a work information modeling system according to claim 12 and a mobile client device according to claim 14 . Background technique [0002] In general construction techniques such as building construction, civil engineering and in flexible factory environments where consumer goods are produced, planning, progress observation, documentation and proper accounting are very important key factors. In many cases, these aspects have become increasingly complex and dynamic, especially due to multiple parties involved, human and / or objective resource fluctuations, increased complexity of the end result, tighter schedules, increased human resource costs, etc. Work that was previously planned and inspected by one manager is currently too complex for one person, and a breakdown between several people often fails at the resulting interfaces. [0003] A...
