The method comprises a condition judgment step, a knowledge graph processing step and a result output step, wherein the condition adjustment step is implemented by performing syntactic analysis on a query statement input by a user, judging whether the query statement belongs to a query range of a knowledge graph or not, and if the query statement belongs to the query range of the knowledge graph, performing the knowledge graph processing step; the knowledge graph processing step is implemented by processing the query statement by utilizing a preset knowledge graph to obtain a knowledge graph processing result; and the result output step is implemented by outputting the knowledge graph processing result as an answer of the query statement to a question and answer system.
