The insulating supporting apparatus is characterized by comprising two parts: a sliding insulating supporting apparatus part and a fixed insulating supporting apparatus part, wherein the lower end of an insulating supporting column is fixed on an angle iron bracket with a bolt hole through a threaded rod while a supporting flat iron framework is fixed at the upper end of the insulating supporting column through a threaded rod; a bearing roller is fixed in the flat iron framework; a special copper bar is mounted above the bearing roller; an insulating plate is slotted for fixing the special copper bar; one steel plate is fixed on the insulating plate via four fixing holes through bolts; the steel plate is fixedly welded on the angle iron bracket; and when the steel plate is welded, the heights of the steel plate and the special copper bar are kept consistent by adjusting the welding positions up and down.
