The universal portable calibration apparatus comprises an oil storage apparatus main body, a flange, a piston device, oil valves and air valves, wherein the flange is arranged on the top of the oil storage apparatus main body; space between the flange and the oil storage apparatus main body is sealed; the piston device comprises a piston and a piston rod; the piston is placed in the oil storage apparatus main body and hermetically connected with the inner wall of the oil storage apparatus main body 1; one end of the piston rod is connected with the piston, and the other end of the piston rod penetrates the flange on the top of the oil storage apparatus main body; the oil valves include a bottom oil valve arranged on the bottom of the oil storage apparatus main body and an oil inlet valve arranged on the upper part of the oil storage apparatus main body; and the air valves include an air inlet valve and an air outlet valve arranged on the upper part of the oil storage apparatus main body.
