Abstract

The process comprises the following steps of: laminating a flexible circuit board on the display panel by directly taking the display panel provided with a pixel circuit as a manufacturing base material of the touch screen; connecting the pixel circuit and a touch chip via the flexible circuit board, and driving the pixel circuit by using the touch chip. When in contact with a protective cover plate, a conductor interferes with an electric field on an induction circuit, the touch chip measures an interference signal by scanning the pixel circuit and restores a touch position through calculation. According to the display panel based touch screen manufacturing process, on one hand, the problem of low precision of an etching process of a sensing circuit in an existing capacitive touch screen is solved and the manufacturing efficiency of the touch screen is improved; on the other hand, semi-finished products or defective products of existing displays are reutilized, thus the manufacturing cost of the touch screen is greatly reduced, and the manufacturing process has good market prospects.
