Abstract

The system comprises a pretreatment module, a total-moisture sample preparation module, a for-future-reference sample preparation module and an analysis sample preparation module which are arranged side by side. A travelling track is arranged in parallel with the pretreatment module, the total-moisture sample preparation module, the for-future-reference sample preparation module and the analysis sample preparation module. A discarded material storage module is located at one side of the tail end of the travelling track, and a packaging module is located at the other side of the tail end of the travelling track. The travelling track is provided with an industrial robot which can rotate and stay at any module to conduct grabbing and releasing operation. By means of the sample preparation system, the freedom degree and the number of joints of a mechanical arm are decreased; cost of the sample preparation system is greatly lowered; and in addition, subsequent maintenance work can be conducted conveniently.
