The system according to the communication method comprises a transmitting end and a receiving end which are arranged in the same WIFI environment. The transmitting end analyzes original information to be transmitted into a string of data stream formed by multiple data sets and analyzes each data of the data stream into a pair of broadcast frames so as to form a set of broadcast packet of the specific content and then periodically broadcast the broadcast packet in order in the current channel. The receiving end works in a monitoring mode, periodically switches the channel and captures the broadcast frames in the current channel, captures a set of broadcast packets and then performs data information extraction and acquires the transmitted data stream, and finally performs verification and restores the transmitted original information and completes data communication. Data transmission is performed by ingeniously utilizing the structural characteristics of the broadcast frames in the WIFI technology so that data transmission under the unrelated condition can be realized.
