Embodiment Construction

[0014] The present invention will be further described below:

[0015] The present invention comprises the following steps:

[0016] (1) Collecting spores: The best time to collect spores is from September to October. Before collecting spores, the soil at the root must be cleaned and judged whether the collected spores are mature. Select spores with full and bulging sporangia and a color close to brown. Sac collection, when collecting, gently peel off the leaves containing sporangia, wash the sediment and sundries attached to the surface of the leaves with fine water; absorb the surface water with clean absorbent paper, put it in an envelope, and put it in a cool and ventilated place quickly dry;

[0017] (2) Preserve the spores: place the air-dried spores in a refrigerator at 4°C and store them for experimental research;

[0018] (3) Spore propagation: Soak the culture soil with tap water for 15 days before the experiment, then sterilize it with a pressurized steam steriliz...

Abstract

The invention discloses a spore propagation method for a wetland critically-endangered plant isoetes yunguiensis. According to the method, the wetland critically-endangered plant isoetes yunguiensis is selected as an experiment material; culture is carried out by using in-situ habitat humus soil; culture is carried out by using general culture soil for flowers and plants; and finally, a large number of isoetes yunguiensis mature spores and plants are obtained. Through observing various periods, i.e., gametophyte development, young spore seedling occurrence and growth of the isoetes yunguiensis, an isoetes yunguiensis spore propagation method, a young spore seedling transplanting and rejuvenating strategy and related disease and insect pest control measures are summarized. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantage that the germinating rate of isoetes yunguiensis spores can reach up to 80% under the culture conditions that the temperature is 24 DEG C to 28 DEG C, the illumination is 3,200lx and the photoperiod is 14 hours of illumination and 10 hours of darkness. At present, over 3,000 plants with good growth vigor have been obtained, and isoetes yunguiensis spore propagation and conventional management methods are mastered. The research data will provide a certain theoretical support for saving of this species and wetland protection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for plant propagation, in particular to a method for spore propagation of the extremely endangered plant Allium yunguiensis in wetlands. Background technique [0002] Water leek is a remnant plant of the family Allicaceae. It is a rare and endangered fern unique to my country. Water leek has extremely poor adaptability to the environment and is extremely dependent on the environment. In recent years, frequent human activities have seriously affected Yunnan-Guizhou water leek. The aquatic environment on which it depends has caused the distribution range and population of Yunnan-Guizhou Water Leek to shrink extremely in my country, and it is on the verge of extinction. Yunnan-Guizhou Water Leek is listed as a critically endangered wild plant at the national level. It is necessary to avoid the species from interspecies Disappearing in the competition, it is one of the most effective ways to carry out related research on the...
