The method comprises the following steps: 1, uniformly mixing dung, weathered coal, stalks, rice chaff, a domestic fungus waste base material and a bio-fungal agent, and stacking the obtained mixture for 18-36h; 2, carrying out overturning stirring and aeration on the mixture obtained in step 1 to ferment the mixture and make the temperature rise to 50-65DEG C; 3, continuously fermenting the mixture, regularly carrying out overturning stirring and detecting the temperature of the mixture to make the temperature be not higher than 70DEG C; 4, stacking the mixture for 15-30d when the temperature of the mixture does not continuously rise; 6, obtaining a decomposed compost; and 7, detecting and sub-packaging the decomposed compost to obtain the organic fertilizer.
