Embodiment Construction

[0029] The specific implementation of the present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not used to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0030] A method for detecting dynamic brain spontaneous activity based on fMRI, the specific implementation steps are as follows:

[0031] Step A: Simulation data construction.

[0032] Generate a 32×32 voxel fMRI image, where each voxel contains a time series of 240 time points. Construct the time series of their specific characteristics in areas A, B, C, and D (the upper left is area A, the upper right is area B, the lower left is area C, and the lower right is area D). For the location identification of the characteristic area, see figure 1 , the characteristic signal is shown in figure 2 . In order to simulate the functional magnetic resonance signal, we set the time sampling in...

Abstract

The invention discloses a data method for detecting the dynamic brain spontaneous activity based on fMRI, belongs to the technical field of biomedical image pattern recognition, and particularly relates to a method for detecting the dynamic brain spontaneous activity based on a functional magnetic resonance imaging time series. According to the invention, according to the dynamic change characteristics of the brain spontaneous activity, and by utilizing the attribute that brain signals are stable (pseudo stable) within the short time interval, a method combining a sliding-window and signal amplitude (ALFF) is provided, and by combining with a variance value, a quantitative computing method for the dynamic brain spontaneous activity is provided. The method provided by the invention has the characteristics of high robustness, strong stability and the like, and a novel effective technology is provided for the dynamic detection on the brain spontaneous activity in the fields of magnetic resonance data pattern recognition and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The method belongs to the technical field of biomedical image pattern recognition, and specifically relates to a dynamic brain spontaneous activity detection method based on functional magnetic resonance time series. Background technique [0002] The resting state of the brain refers to the "resting state" brain activity under the stimulation of the brain without specific external tasks. This "resting state" activity still continues to carry out blood circulation and consume oxygen. The study found that even in the resting state, the oscillations of blood oxygen-dependent functional MRI (BOLD-fMRI) signals in brain regions remain highly synchronized and correlated. Spontaneous neural activity inherent in the resting state of the brain has characteristic patterns of spatiotemporal organization. [0003] At present, low-frequency oscillation methods, fMRI signal intensity variation and power spectrum methods are mainly used to detect spontaneous brain a...
