The upper portion of the air bag installation seat extends for a distance in the radial direction and an annular protruding end is formed. Through tight attaching of the packing door and the protruding end, continuous flow of sand can be stopped, and axial sealing is achieved. Through inflation expansion of the air bag, the outer arc face of the air bag is tightly attached to the inner wall of the air bag installation seat, the inner arc face of the air bag is tightly attached to the edge of the packing door in the radial direction, and radial sealing of the connecting channel between the sand storage tank and the transmitting cylinder is achieved.
