Benefits of technology

This patented technology improves upon existing methods by reducing unwanted impurities from certain types of rocks while also producing higher quality calcium carbonate crystallites that are suitable for use in various applications such as fertilizers or construction materials. Additionally, it allows for efficient production of highly pure calcium nitrate solutions without generating excessive amounts of gypsum due to its ability to efficiently separate out these tiny soluble components when separated through filtrations techniques like ion exchange resins. Overall, this new method provides technical benefits over current ways of extracting phosphorus from unrefined sources.

Problems solved by technology

This patented describes different ways for producing high-quality fertilizers from various sources such as limestone or dolomite rocks by chemically treating these resources in order to create an effective nutrients source. However, current processes have limitations including longer run times due to handling issues associated with excessive amounts of sludge produced during this process. Additionally, there may also occur environmental concerns related to disposal after use.

Embodiment 1

[0016] Step A: Production of ore pulp: crush the phosphate rock with a phosphorus content of 28% in a crusher, and make pulp through a ball mill to obtain a phosphate rock pulp, which is matured in a maturation pool for 1 day.

[0017] Step B hydrochloric acid acid hydrolysis reaction: add hydrochloric acid to the phosphate rock slurry in the extraction tank to fully react the hydrochloric acid;

[0018] Step C Sulfuric Acid Hydrolysis Reaction: After fully reacting with hydrochloric acid, add sulfuric acid at a concentration of 50%, filter through a filter after fully reacting to obtain phosphogypsum and filtrate, discharge the filtrate into the phosphoric acid sedimentation tank, and add a certain amount of polypropylene The coagulation precipitating agent of amine press, obtains phosphoric acid liquid 1, wherein the mol ratio of hydrochloric acid in the step B and the sulfuric acid in the step C is 1:2;

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing calcium hydrophosphate through double-acidolysis of phosphorite. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of ore pulp preparation, conduction of a hydrochloric acid acidolysis reaction, conduction of a sulfuric acid acidolysis reaction, first-segment neutralization, second-segment neutralization, third-segment neutralization, hydrochloric acid regeneration and calcium sulfate precipitation. The method has the advantages that ores are subjected to acidolysis more fully through two steps of acidolysis reactions, and food-grade calcium sulfate is generated when hydrochloric acid is regenerated.
