The automatic cooling lead screw mechanism comprises a bearing block, a motor fixing seat, a screw, a motor, a screw internal-cooling fixing seat and a cooling oil pipe, wherein the head end of the screw is arranged on the motor fixing seat; the tail end of the screw penetrates through the bearing block; the motor is arranged on the motor fixing seat and is coupled with the head end of the screw; the screw is provided with a cooling hole from the tail end to the head end; the cooling oil pipe is inserted into a cooling hole; a clearance is formed between the cooling oil pipe and the inner wall of the cooling hole; the screw internal-cooling fixing seat is fixed on the bearing block and surrounds the tail end of the screw; and an oil inlet channel communicating with the cooling oil pipe and an oil outlet channel communicating with the cooling hole are arranged in the screw internal-cooling fixing seat.
