The emergency brake EB loop comprises a first brake device and a state relay, wherein the first brake device is used for triggering the brake control device to start emergency brake or relieving the emergency brake started by triggering the brake control device through the first brake device according to execution operation input by a user, and the state relay is used for obtaining traveling state information of a train and judging whether the brake control device needs to be triggered to start emergency brake or not according to the traveling state information. The BCU is used for obtaining the deceleration of emergency brake (EB) after EB is triggered by the state relay, and the deceleration is analyzed; and if the deceleration is smaller than a preset threshold value, a brake triggering signal is sent to the emergency brake UB loop, so that the emergency brake UB loop triggers the brake control device to start emergency brake according to the brake triggering signal.
